I've finally found a house I like, and it has a big garage!

By big garage I mean it is a two car garage, and the ONLY one I've seen around here tall enough for a two post lift!

Time to put in an offer!!

That's one of my only complaints about my current domicile. I wanted a two car garage but I just couldn't find anything that fit all my other criteria. Next time though, I'm going three car. That way if I "settle" for two I'll still be happy.

Lost a house that way. We offered $5k below price and 50% closing, the seller verbally offered full price with 100% closing, and when we signed the paperwork to agree the seller refused to accept, stating they now wanted full price plus closing. It was then our agent said "oh oops their offer was verbal so we can't do anything about it". Fucker.

I'll just say I got super lucky. Although I wouldn't fit all projects in a 2 car garage. Still a lift would be nice, but my ceiling is only 9'

I'm in the middle of insulating it and putting up walls. Projects man, so many projects.

If & when you get one you can tag it with garaglopnik I think it is.
